Ephesians 5:5 – allotment in the kingdom

For this you perceive, knowing that not paramour at all or unclean or greedy person, who is an idolater, has any enjoyment of the allotment in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

In more than one passage of his letters Paul underlines the importance of this truth. Today GOD is busy collecting a people that is reserved to reign in his Kingdom, soon, together with Christ. And those who are called therefore, those are also qualified for that. Even if they were paramour, unclean of greedy, they are cleaned. Definitely. For GOD doesn’t take half measures.

Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 6: 11: And some of you were these, but you are bathed off, but you are hallowed, but you were justified in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ…” It’s true, also believers can fall into such practice, but if their calling is true, they will be cleaned of it. If not, than for them is no allotment in the Kingdom.

Is their view of salvation expired? Of course not. GOD will save at the end all people. That’s the Evangel! But reigning in his Kingdom during the oncoming eons, isn’t predestined for everyone. That is an exclusive privilege for his ecclesia!
