Isaiah 44:6 – Does God have a beginning?

Everything we see started somewhere. But that beginning in turn also had a beginning. And so on. If we go back far enough in time now, can we point to something that was the very beginning? In what is called science, it is called the “Big Bang”. But even then we keep asking questions: who or what ignited “the big bang”? How can something arise from nothing?
By asking further in this way, we involuntarily arrive at God. An absolute beginning. Atheists object: but where does God come from? Who created Him? But whoever objects this has no awareness of GOD. The Bible says, “In the beginning GOD created the heavens and the earth.” “Heaven and earth”, that is space. “In the beginning”, that’s the time.
Time also began with creation. Time is a creation. The Creator himself is not subject to it. He is above time. He has no beginning, He is the beginning! The Origin of Everything, the Alpha and the Omega.
