no message, good message?

On the goedbericht site one may, as a rule, expect good messages. But sometimes there are exceptions to that rule. From various sides I received complaints from site visitors who had not been able to visit goedbericht.nl for several days. Their internet filter (i.e. Solcon) blocked goedbericht due to hardcore sex content. I was not aware of any wrongdoing, until a “look under the hood” revealed that my site had been hacked on December 3 from Ukraine by cybercriminals. Within my site they created directories and web pages with countless references to sex sites. Fortunately, the damage remained limited and has since been repaired.
And that, after all, is still a good message!

Since we are speaking about less pleasant matters anyway, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who, by means of emails, has encouraged me, in response to what I had mentioned earlier about the troubles surrounding my dismissal (reorganization/company closure). I could not have imagined that it would generate so much mail for me! In short, through a number of bizarre turns of events, I am once again employed until May 1, 2009, at the address where I had previously been dismissed. This implies that until that time I have the opportunity to look around for other work.
