Romans 3:30 – Out of and through faith

The GOD of the Jews is, of course, the same as the GOD of the nations, since there is only one GOD. Therefore “the circumcision” (read: the Jewish people) is not justified other than “the uncircumcision” (read: the nations). There is one GOD and justification takes place out of or through faith. The emphasis here is on unity: one GOD and one universal ‘principle’ that justifies man.
Since faith is involved for both circumcision and uncircumcision , it is incorrect to emphasize the difference between “out of ” and “through.” For not the different preposition but the one faith that justifies both circumcision and uncircumcision is what Paul emphasizes.
Nevertheless, it is significant that circumcision is justified “out of faith”. After all, she is at the source. They are entrusted with the words of GOD (3: 2). The foreskin, on the other hand, ie the nations, are not at the source and receive faith indirectly. Via via. And hence “through faith”. But again, both are about faith. Expecting nothing from man but everything from GOD!
