“totally evangelistic”?

This year as well, the EO (Dutch Evangelical Broadcasting Company) will broadcast a series of programs at the end of the year in which well-known Dutch personalities go in search of God. Anyway, the series’ editor-in-chief, Michiel Gouman, reports on the EO website that the program promises to be breathtaking and “totally evangelistic.”

Among the four people going in search of God this year is also Willibrord Frequin. On the 24th of this month, ‘his’ episode will be broadcast. For Radio Noordzee, Willibrord later declared that the filming of the program had been a heavy burden for him.

“People I spoke with predicted I would end up in hell. That doesn’t leave you untouched. It’s a psychological drama for me, but it did make me reflect more about life… I tried to drink away the drama, but that only worked for a while. Now it’s back again.”

Who will tell Willibrord the truly good news?
