scripture4all – a milestone

At last, the time has come. For years it has been eagerly awaited, but now the milestone has truly been reached. A few months ago I already reported that my friend Menno Haayman had completed the interlinear work of both the New and, by now, also the Old Testament. With that, an end came to thousands upon thousands of hours of dedicated and expert labor.
In the meantime, another friend of mine, André de Mol, has incorporated all of this into an EXCELLENT Bible program: ISA (Interlinear Scripture Analyzer). It’s not hard to recognize the hand of a true professional in this software. You truly have no idea how countless hours of diligent labor underlie this program. Until now, André made this (free!) software available at www.concordant.info, but he has since launched a new website. Because as of today not only the Greek New Testament but also the Hebrew Old Testament is available for interlinear download, this seemed the appropriate moment to launch a new website with a new domain name: www.scripture4all.org. A sleek site whose domain name precisely expresses what is being offered: the original Scriptures in the Hebrew and Greek languages are made freely available to EVERYONE. “Overcome the language barrier and get in touch with the Original,” is the motto. That is exactly what this “interlinear and Concordance Search Software” enables every interested person to do. Everything that has been available in this field of software until now pales in comparison!
