slain from the disruption of the world

… the scroll of life of the Lambkin slain from the disruption of the world. Revelation 13:8

Remarkable words which John uses here! Was the Lamb not slain approximately four thousand years after Adam? Why then does the above text say, “slain from the disruption of the world”? The Apostle Peter puts it even more strongly:

… the precious blood of Christ, as of a flawless and unspotted lamb, foreknown, indeed, before the disruption of the world, yet manifested in the last times because of you, who through Him are believing in God,
1Peter 1:19,20

The Lamb was, in the foreknowledge of God, already slain before the disruption of the world. Although it would not become manifest in the history of the world until millennia later, in GOD’s counsel and foreknowledge, the way of salvation for mankind was prepared, beforehand. Do you realize what that means? Before sin entered the world, the Lamb was already slain. The solution existed before the problem arose! GOD did not switch to Plan B, when man ate of the forbidden fruit. No, GOD knew what He had started, when He created man.
Never does anything go wrong with Him!
